The Job Award was given to the Vietnam Exhibition Center, which was evaluated by the organizers as a new "wonder" in Hanoi, a construction miracle in Vietnam.

The Idea Award was given to the project to build the Hanoi Opera House and an art and cultural park in Quang An (Tay Ho ward).
