Awarding 290 Vu A Dinh scholarships to help children of military families go to school

On the afternoon of March 13, in Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa Province, the Naval Region 4 Command coordinated with the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund, the "For Beloved Hoang Sa and Truong Sa" Club and philanthropists to award 290 scholarships to students who are children of officers, professional soldiers, and defense workers working at units of Naval Region 4.

In order to express gratitude and share the difficulties with the families of officers and soldiers on duty at the front line to protect the Fatherland, Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund in coordination with the Club "For beloved Hoang Sa and Truong Sa" organized a scholarship awarding program for students who are children of officers and soldiers of Navy Region 4, Brigade 189, Brigade 954, Regiment 196 and Factory X52.

Attending and directly awarding the scholarship was Ms. Truong My Hoa, former Secretary of the Party Central Committee, former Vice President , President of Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund, Head of the Club "For beloved Hoang Sa and Truong Sa".

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Huu Minh - Deputy Political Commissar of Naval Region 4 expressed his deep gratitude for the attention of the Party and State, and especially the meaningful sharing of compatriots and soldiers nationwide, including members of the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund, the "For Beloved Hoang Sa and Truong Sa" Club and sponsors.

The Deputy Political Commissar of the Region emphasized: "This emotional support not only helps improve the family life of officers and soldiers, but is also a great source of encouragement, adding spiritual strength for officers and soldiers of Naval Region 4 and units stationed at Cam Ranh Base to work with peace of mind and excellently complete all assigned tasks."

These meaningful scholarships are also practical encouragement, helping students overcome difficulties, continue to strive in their studies and training, become good children and good students, contributing to building a bright future for their homeland and country.
