The Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) Referee Board has officially assigned referee Hoang Ngoc Ha to officiate the final match of the Northern qualifying round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament 2025, taking place at 3:30 p.m. on October 5 at the University of Science and Technology Stadium, Hanoi .

The presence of referee Hoang Ngoc Ha has further enhanced the professionalism of the tournament. Mr. Hoang Ngoc Ha's level and prestige bring a sense of security, inspiration and concentration to the players on the field.

Referee Hoang Ngoc Ha was born in 1983 in Hanoi, is the number 1 referee in Vietnamese professional football with a record of 4 times winning the V-League Golden Whistle title. This is the most meaningful and noble title for referees, demonstrating expertise, courage and experience in managing football matches.

Mr. Hoang Ngoc Ha was recognized by the World Football Federation (FIFA) as a FIFA referee many years ago. At this stage, FIFA referee Hoang Ngoc Ha is also on duty at the V-League National Football Championship 2025 - 2026.

However, the V-League is currently on a break for a few days to allow the national team to gather for FIFA Days. Taking advantage of his limited time, referee Hoang Ngoc Ha will take to the field to officiate the final match of the Northern Qualifying Round of the Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament 2025.

The Northern region qualifying round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament 2025 will continue with the semi-final matches from 7:30 a.m. this morning, October 5.

After 2 days of competition on October 3 and 4, the qualifying round has determined 2 semi-final matches, including: Hai Phong City Trade Union - Vietnam People's Police Trade Union, and the match between Bac Ninh I Trade Union - Vietnam Bank Trade Union.

The two teams that qualify for the final match taking place at 3:30 p.m. will be determined this morning, October 5.

The 2025 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament is jointly organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper , the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and the Vietnam Football Federation. This is the third consecutive year the tournament has taken place.
