The Central Committee unanimously introduced re-elected personnel, participating for the first time in the new term.

(Dan Tri) - The 13th Central Conference unanimously introduced personnel for the 14th Central Executive Committee, including official and alternate members, re-elected and first-time participants.

This content is mentioned in Resolution 73 of the 13th Central Conference, signed and issued by General Secretary To Lam .

The 13th Central Conference met from October 6 to 8 to review, discuss and approve many important contents.

In particular, the Central Committee approved documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party, including: Draft Political Report; Draft Summary Report on a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; Draft Summary Report on 15 years of implementing the Party Charter.

The Central Committee assigned the Politburo to absorb and complete the draft documents above to submit to the 15th Central Conference of the 13th tenure.

Along with that, the Central Committee unanimously introduced the personnel of the 14th Party Central Committee (official members and alternate members, re-elected and first-time participants) and the personnel of the 14th Central Inspection Committee (re-elected and first-time participants), to present to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The Central Committee also commented on the time, content and agenda of the Congress; the working regulations and election regulations at the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Regarding personnel work, the Central Executive Committee at the 13th Conference elected four additional members of the 13th Central Inspection Commission. The new members include: Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen province; Mr. Tran Quoc Binh, Head of Department III of the Central Inspection Commission; Mr. Trinh The Binh, Head of Department, Secretary of the Politburo, Standing member of the Secretariat; Major General Tran Van Phuc, Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police.

The Central Committee also gave opinions on personnel so that the Politburo could decide to introduce the XV National Assembly to elect the following positions: Secretary General of the National Assembly - Head of the National Assembly Office; Head of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment, Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Head of the National Assembly's Committee on Delegation Affairs.

Personnel for the positions of Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Minister of Home Affairs were also given opinions by the Central Committee so that the Politburo could introduce them to the National Assembly for approval at the upcoming 10th session.

The Central Executive Committee has agreed to let Mr. Le Quang Huy, member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Committee for Science, Technology and Environment of the 15th National Assembly, cease to hold the position of member of the Party Central Executive Committee, 13th tenure.

At the same time, the Central Committee decided to discipline Mr. Do Trong Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, former Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Hoa province, by removing him from all positions in the Party.

Also at the 13th Conference, the Central Committee gave opinions on the Report on the implementation of the 2025 socio-economic development plan, the 2026 plan; the report on the assessment of the implementation of the State budget in 2025 and the 2026 budget estimate; the report on the 3-year State financial and budget plan for 2026-2028; the report on the implementation and results of the 5-year financial and budget plan for the 2021-2025 period and the orientation of the plan for the 2026-2030 period.

In addition, the Central Committee also gave opinions on updating new developments in the world and regional situation recently and Vietnam's viewpoints and policies; reported on the country's situation in the first 9 months of 2025 and on party financial work in 2024.

The Party Central Committee calls on the entire Party, people and army to join hands, unite, unite and strive to overcome all difficulties and challenges, quickly overcome the consequences of natural disasters and floods, restore production and business, and stabilize people's lives.
