Danang University of Economics awarded scholarships worth over 10.5 billion VND to students

DNO - On the evening of October 10, the University of Economics - Danang University (DUE) held a ceremony to honor students with outstanding achievements in studying, scientific research, and movement activities and to welcome new students for the 2025-2026 school year.

According to the school's Board of Directors, in the 2025-2026 school year, 54 new students were considered for the school's talent scholarships. Many students achieved a perfect admission score of 30 points; won first and second prizes in provincial and city-level excellent student competitions.

The school honored and awarded scholarships to three valedictorians of the whole school, including students: Nguyen Van Vinh (Management Information Systems), valedictorian of the standard program; Huynh Minh Khanh (International Business), valedictorian of the full English program; Tran Khanh Vy (Hotel Management), valedictorian of the partial English training program.

Each student receives 30 million VND and a talent scholarship. The total value of the scholarship is 585 million VND.

The school awarded 54 DUE talent scholarships to students with the highest results in 3 admission methods, with a total value of more than 9.5 billion VND.

Awarding certificates of merit from the Director of Danang University to 8 excellent students and student groups in the 2024 - 2025 school year (5 million VND/student); awarding certificates of merit from the Principal of DUE School to 19 excellent students in the 2024 - 2025 school year (3 million VND/student).

Vietnam Public Joint Stock Commercial Bank (PVComBank) awarded 2 scholarships (VND 120 million/scholarship), DUE School awarded 10 "DUE Scholarship" scholarships (VND 10 million/scholarship) to students with difficult circumstances who excel in their studies.

On this occasion, the school organized a fundraiser to support the people in the North who suffered damage due to storms and floods.
