Cooperation in training digital financial human resources

DNO - The Danang Center for Supporting Innovative Startups (Department of Science and Technology) has just organized a connection program between Fundgo Academy (under the Fundgo Innovative Startup Investment Fund) and the University of Economics - Danang University.

Many cooperation directions were agreed by the two sides to train high-quality human resources in various fields.

Activities to promote startups and innovation among students and connect with the city's startup ecosystem; affirm the bridging role of the Danang Center for Startup and Innovation Support in connecting schools, businesses and investment funds.

From there, it creates a foundation for forming high-quality human resources, promoting potential start-up projects and contributing to realizing the goal of building Da Nang into a leading innovation and startup center in the region.

Mr. Doan Ngoc Phi Anh, Vice Principal of the University of Economics - University of Danang, said that recently, the school has proactively linked with many businesses to implement innovative start-up activities, creating a practical learning environment for students.

The University of Economics is finalizing a plan to build an Innovation and Startup Support Center right at the school. The school also wants to promote training of human resources in law and finance, ready to serve the International Financial Center when Resolution 222/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly officially takes effect from September 1.

At the program, representatives of Fundgo Innovative Startup Investment Fund introduced two key cooperation orientations with the University of Economics. These are the Training Alliance “Technology - Digital Financial Market” and the Academy of Digital Financial Legal Practice.

These programs help students access blockchain technology, digital asset trading, digital banking, decentralized finance (DeFi) and international financial law; thereby, creating high-quality human resources for future digital financial centers.

The two sides also agreed on cooperation directions, focusing on training high-quality human resources in the fields of digital finance, blockchain and law; supporting students' startup ideas to approach investors.

In addition, we aim to build a training model that is closely linked to practice, taking advantage of available technology platforms to implement practical activities right in school, in order to provide a comprehensive learning and experiential environment, helping students apply it in their work after graduation.
