Cuu Long University opens post-graduate level 1 specialized training

GD&TĐ - On July 11, Cuu Long University held the opening ceremony of the first-level postgraduate specialized training for 154 students.

Attending the ceremony were Dr. Nguyen Van Be Hai - Deputy Director of Vinh Long Provincial Department of Health ; Master Pham Thi Mai Huong - Deputy Director of Dong Nai Provincial Department of Health; Dr. Nguyen Thanh Truyen - Director of Vinh Long General Hospital.

On the side of Cuu Long University, there were Meritorious Teacher, Associate Professor, Dr. Luong Minh Cu - Party Committee Secretary, Principal; Dr. Dang Thi Ngoc Lan - Vice Principal; Advisory Board of the Board of Directors; leaders of affiliated units.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Luong Minh Cu - Party Secretary, Rector of Cuu Long University spoke at the ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Luong Minh Cu - Party Secretary, Principal of Cuu Long University congratulated the new students who were admitted to the 2025 postgraduate level 1 specialized training course.

According to Associate Professor, Dr. Luong Minh Cu, Cuu Long University is currently allowed to train level I specialists in Nursing, Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacy, and Medical Technology specializing in Testing.

The newly admitted students will be an important part of the school's academic community, bringing with them knowledge, aspirations, and a great responsibility for the cause of caring for and protecting people's health.

Associate Professor, Dr. Luong Minh Cu - Party Secretary, Principal of Cuu Long University awarded certificates of merit to students with high scores in the entrance exam.

Based on the exam results and the results of the Admissions Council, 154 candidates were admitted to the postgraduate specialized program I in the following training majors: Pharmacology and clinical pharmacy (10 students); Nursing (100 students) and Medical technology specializing in testing (44 students). Based on the exam results, Cuu Long University awarded 3 candidates with high scores in the exam.

Over 25 years of construction and development, Cuu Long University has trained and awarded degrees to more than 38,000 bachelors, engineers and more than 1,200 masters. According to statistics, the rate of students having jobs after graduation is 97%.
