Can Tho University has announced the input quality assurance threshold (base score for admission) for full-time university level in 2025 for 45 majors.

Accordingly, in 2025, Nam Can Tho University will admit candidates based on high school graduation exam scores, academic transcript scores, Ho Chi Minh City National University's capacity assessment test scores, and V-SAT scores.

Regarding the method of considering high school graduation exam scores, the medical industry has the highest floor score of 20.5 points; followed by dentistry (20.5 points); and pharmacy (19 points).
