Accordingly, the association was established with 20 members growing rubber trees in the locality. The association is a place for members to exchange, learn experiences, exchange production and business methods, and improve economic efficiency from rubber trees.

The organization of admitting new members and launching professional branches is a meaningful activity to welcome the Congress of Farmers' Associations at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, commemorating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Farmers' Association (October 14, 1930 - October 14, 2025). Thereby, practically accompanying farmer members in economic development, contributing to building the organization and association bases to become increasingly strong and operate effectively.

On this occasion, the Dong Xoai Ward Farmers' Association signed a cooperation agreement with Binh Duong Forestry Products Trading Joint Stock Company; commended and rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the association's work; launched and called for support for people in the northern provinces affected by storm No.
