Tuyen Quang to Da Nang to stimulate tourism

On March 29, in Da Nang City, a media conference took place on the opening program of the tourism year and the 3rd Tuyen Quang International Hot Air Balloon Festival.

The 3rd Tuyen Quang International Hot Air Balloon Festival will take place from 6am on April 27 at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square (Tuyen Quang City).

Here, 22 hot air balloons piloted by international pilots from the following countries: England, Australia, Spain, the Netherlands, Japan, China, Thailand... and Vietnam, will perform and serve tourists with flight experiences, including 10 free-flying hot air balloons, 5 hanging hot air balloons, and 7 performance hot air balloons.

According to the International Balloon Festival, the Balloon Festival has the participation of pilots from many countries, with high expertise and international certificates.

The international pilot delegation was very happy and proud to fly in the sky of Tuyen Quang, to admire the majestic nature and the welcome of the people and tourists...

In particular, this year, Tuyen Quang will organize an international hot air balloon light festival combined with DJ band performances for 3 nights (from April 28, 29, 30); organize a number of free flights for ethnic minorities, celebrities such as Facebookers, Youtubers, TikTokers... to promote the festival and the image of the land, people, and tourism potential of the province.

Mr. Hoang Viet Phuong - Vice Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee said that this is the third year Tuyen Quang has organized the international hot air balloon festival.

This is the first activity of a series of cultural, sports and tourism events and activities taking place in 2024 to introduce and promote the province's tourism development potential and advantages, attracting domestic and international tourists and investors to Tuyen Quang. Thereby, contributing to accelerating tourism development, soon making tourism an important economic sector of Tuyen Quang.
