On the night of September 20 at PVF home field, PVD-CAND team welcomed Da Nang Club with U.23 Vietnam players such as Xuan Bac, Hieu Minh, Anh Quan... while Phi Hoang, Hong Phuc, Duc Anh played from the start for the away team.

Right after the opening whistle, both coaches Thach Bao Khanh and Le Duc Tuan did not need to probe but instead sent their troops up high, proactively played offensively and launched "tit for tat" moves.

After the unsuccessful attacks, by the middle of the first half, the majority of the midfield players of the two teams then turned the match into a fierce battle in the midfield, where PVF-CAND had the upper hand in the number of shots.
