Vietnam U20 women's team and 11 teams enter the 2026 AFC U20 Championship

VHO - The matches in the qualifying round of the 2026 AFC U20 Women's Championship have just ended, determining the 12 best teams to enter the final round.

In the 2026 AFC U20 Women's Championship qualifiers, Vietnam's U20 women's team will compete in Hanoi with opponents Kyrgyzstan, Hong Kong (China) and U20 Singapore in Group B.

Vietnam U20 women's team won all matches in the qualifying round, scoring 14 goals and conceding none.

After 3 matches, coach Okiyama Masahiki and his team won Singapore 5-0, Hong Kong (China) 6-0 and Kyrgyzstan 3-0.

This result helped the U20 women's team of Vietnam achieve 9 absolute points, win the top spot in the group and become the only representative of the group to enter the final round.

Along with the Vietnam U20 women's team that won all the matches in the qualifying round, there were also the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, South Korea, Australia, China, Japan and China.
