The Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committee of Dien Ban town, in the process of developing a plan to organize a competition for planning ideas, to fully absorb the opinions of the Department of Construction and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Previously, in April 2024, the People's Committee of Dien Ban town submitted a document requesting the Provincial People's Committee to approve this issue. According to the People's Committee of Dien Ban town, the locality has drafted a plan to organize a competition for ideas on planning the Thanh Chiem Citadel area to connect tourism development, recreate the architecture of Thanh Chiem Citadel and build a stele with Vietnamese characters.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Hang - Vice Chairman of Dien Ban Town People's Committee, this plan aims to select the optimal idea for planning, recreating the national historical relic Thanh Chiem Citadel and building a National Language Stele to meet the requirements of planning and architecture, in accordance with the culture and history of Thanh Chiem, Dien Ban, Quang Nam . At the same time, it creates a highlight in urban architecture, with high recognition of the unique characteristics of Dien Ban to serve tourism development, contributing to the development of local socio-economy.
