The main objective of the movement is to ensure the comprehensive completion of the 2025 socio -economic development plan and successfully organize Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 1st Lao Cai Provincial Party Congress. The movement is also associated with activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
