At the launching ceremony, comrade Nguyen Hoang Ha, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee emphasized: In recent days, storm No. 3 (storm Yagi ) - the strongest storm in decades has devastated, causing great loss of life and property; many areas of rice and crops were damaged, many houses, offices, schools, infrastructure works, cultural institutions, public works, production facilities were devastated, collapsed, severely damaged... in the provinces and cities of the North of our country.
Promoting the tradition of national solidarity, the spirit of "mutual love and support", "helping each other", "a piece of food when hungry is worth a whole package when full", the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province calls on agencies, units, organizations, enterprises, businessmen and people of all walks of life in the province to join hands and support people affected by storm No. 3.
The practical help of organizations and individuals at this time is a very necessary resource, has great significance, demonstrates profound humanity, contributes to encouraging, sharing, and helping people overcome the consequences caused by natural disasters, and soon stabilize their lives.
Accordingly, Ninh Binh province launched a campaign calling on each cadre, civil servant, public employee, and worker in Party, government, Fatherland Front agencies, socio-political organizations, social organizations, socio-professional organizations, public service units; and officers and soldiers of the armed forces stationed in the province to donate at least one day's salary.
For organizations, businesses, entrepreneurs, managers, employees in businesses, households... voluntarily support to the best of their ability.
Right at the launching ceremony, the leaders and delegates attending the launching ceremony directly participated in supporting at the hall. As of the end of this afternoon, in just a short time, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has received a total amount of 7.6 billion VND from 59 agencies, units, organizations and individuals to support people affected by storm No. 3.
