In 2023, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council successfully completed the program, plan and tasks. In particular, it promptly and effectively advised the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee to prepare for the session, supervise, direct, operate and coordinate the activities of the Provincial People's Council Committees. Successfully organized the 60th Anniversary of the Dien Bien Provincial People's Council Election Day; the 11th, 12th and 13th sessions of the 15th Provincial People's Council. The Office proactively and actively innovated and created in advising and assisting the activities of the National Assembly Delegation, the People's Council, the People's Council Standing Committee, the People's Council Committees, the People's Council delegations and National Assembly deputies, and Provincial People's Council deputies. The coordination between the Office and departments, branches, districts, towns and cities was maintained regularly and closely. 100% of cadres, civil servants and employees completed their tasks well, of which 20% completed their tasks excellently.
During the year, the Office advised on organizing 7 meetings with voters, with over 1,500 voters participating; 7 thematic supervisions; advised and helped National Assembly deputies and National Assembly delegations to periodically receive 3 sessions, 4 turns, 2 cases at the province's citizen reception office, regularly receive 3 sessions, 13 turns; advised and helped the Standing Committee of the People's Council, People's Council Committees and People's Council deputies to periodically receive 7 sessions, regularly receive 24 sessions, with more than 40 citizens...
In 2024, the Office launched an emulation movement with 5 specific contents, divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 (from January to June) competes to achieve good performance in tasks, especially to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory; Phase 2 (from July to December), competes to achieve achievements in celebrating major national holidays.
At the summary conference, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council elected the People's Inspectorate.
On this occasion, 1 collective and 1 individual with achievements in work from 2018 - 2022 received a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister; 2 individuals were awarded the Badge for the cause of building and protecting the province by the Provincial People's Committee; many collectives and individuals were awarded by the Office, Party Committee and Trade Union.
