VNPT launches Internet package with minimum speed of 300Mbps

From April 1, all new Internet packages of VNPT will be provided with a minimum speed of 300Mbps, nearly 2 times higher than the current average speed of Vietnam's Internet, setting a new milestone of the highest minimum speed among current providers.

According to global internet speed reports from Ookla Speedtest Global Index (published on the website https://www.speedtest.net/global-index), the average fixed broadband speed in the world varies by time and country but fluctuates around 100Mbps.

In Vietnam, the average speed from December 2024 to February 2025 reached 167Mbps. Therefore, the minimum speed of 300Mbps is very high compared to the current average, compared to the world and equivalent to the average of countries with the best network infrastructure in the world such as Singapore, UAE, Ireland, France... Providing 300Mbps at the minimum level shows that Vietnam's internet infrastructure is developing rapidly and outperforming the world trend.

This is a breakthrough in the strategy of upgrading infrastructure, optimizing the system and proactively increasing internet speed to bring superior experience to customers. At the same time, implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW, increasing the speed of internet packages provided to mass customers will create an important network foundation, ready for the 4th industrial revolution and national digital transformation.

Accordingly, users can choose Home Internet packages including Wifi Internet and Wifi Mesh; Home TV integrated with television; Home Cam integrated with new generation smart AI Camera; Home Combo integrated with mobile service, free calls within family groups. VNPT also offers incentives for new customers. When registering for a 12-month package, users will receive one month of free use.
