On October 22, No Va Real Estate Group Corporation ( Novaland , stock code: NVL) announced information about Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Suong, wife of Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Novaland, registering to sell more than 17.27 million NVL shares for the purpose of "serving personal needs".
The transaction is expected to be carried out in the form of order matching or negotiation, during the period from October 28, 2024 to October 26, 2025.
Before the transaction, Ms. Suong held more than 50.52 million shares, equivalent to 2.47% of the shares. If the transaction is successful, the number of shares she is expected to hold is 33.25 million units, equivalent to 1.62% of the charter capital.
Meanwhile, Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon currently owns 96.76 million NVL shares, accounting for 4.76% of capital.

Novaland's Phan Thiet project
Notably, Ms. Suong's selling action took place in the context of NVL shares being under strong selling pressure following the conclusion of the Government Inspectorate regarding the issuance of bonds by this enterprise. By the morning of October 22, although the selling pressure had decreased, NVL's price was still trading below the reference level.
At 11:30 a.m. the same day, NVL price was at VND 14,350/share, equivalent to Ms. Suong's total transaction value of about VND 247 billion.
Previously, Novaland was granted the investment policy decision and investment registration certificate by Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee for the Ocean Valley complex tourism project (NovaWorld Phan Thiet), with a scale of more than 986 hectares, total expected investment capital of 5 billion USD, invested by Delta-Valley Binh Thuan Company Limited - a member of Novaland - as the investor.
