On October 2, Dong Hoa ward authorities started to clean up fallen trees.

According to the People's Committee of Dong Hoa Ward, because urban public services have not been assigned authority and funding, the work of dredging canals and pruning urban trees is still being implemented from local socialized resources, so it has not been implemented comprehensively in the entire ward. The People's Committee of Dong Hoa Ward recommends that there should be early instructions or delegation of authority to the locality to proactively and promptly handle similar situations.
