Cu Chi Commune inaugurated the Public Administration Service Center

Chairman of the People's Committee of Cu Chi Commune Pham Kieu Hung said that in the initial phase of operation, the Cu Chi Commune Public Administration Service Center was under great pressure due to the large population, high demand for administrative procedure settlement while the facilities were limited, especially the narrow reception space.

Faced with this situation, the Commune People's Committee surveyed and upgraded the headquarters to a suitable scale, both to better meet service needs and to welcome the 1st Commune Party Congress.

The project comprehensively renovated the public reception area, replaced the electrical system, installed air conditioners, tables and chairs, transaction counters and fully equipped with modern support equipment. With a new look and professional process, the Cu Chi Commune Public Administration Service Center not only improves working conditions for staff but also improves the experience of the people, affirming the determination to build a service government model.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Cu Chi Commune said that in July, the Commune Public Administration Service Center received more than 6,800 people, received more than 5,000 records, and resolved 100% on time.

This result demonstrates the efforts and advisory responsibilities of the civil servants of the departments along with the effective coordination, management and control of the center, contributing to improving the quality of service and improving the satisfaction level of organizations and citizens when performing administrative procedures.
