Building a strong and professional team of frontline cadres

In recent times, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Thanh Ward has promoted the strength of the great national unity bloc, proactively innovated the content and methods of operation. The Fatherland Front of the Ward has also made efforts to replicate good and effective models, improve the quality of social supervision and criticism; especially doing a good job in social care and security.

Attending and giving a speech at the congress, comrade Ngo Minh Hai, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, suggested that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Thanh Ward focus on building a practical and effective action program for the new term. Along with that, continue to build a strong organization and team of front cadres with sufficient capacity and qualities to meet the development requirements in the new period.

Comrade Ngo Minh Hai suggested that it is necessary to promote the role and responsibility of member organizations and step up emulation movements associated with the goal of "Civilized, modern, and humane ward"; ensure social security, environmental sanitation, and maintain urban order, so that each activity of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Thanh ward brings the most meaningful and practical benefits to the people.

The Congress elected 54 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Thanh Ward for the 2025-2030 term. Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mai holds the position of Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the Ward for the 2025-2030 term.
