Right from the beginning of each year, the Party Committee and the command of Workshop X265 proactively build thematic resolutions to lead technical tasks, concretize the orders and instructions of superiors into action plans close to reality. The motto "One policy, ten measures" is thoroughly understood and flexibly applied, becoming an organizational method in all areas of work. Thanks to that, the work of repairing, restoring ammunition, building new ammunition boxes, synchronously and non-synchronously always achieves quality, ensuring absolute safety.

Implementing resolutions, directives, and circulars of the Ministry of National Defense and the Department of Military Armaments such as Resolution 1656-NQ/QUTW of the Central Military Commission, Directive 96/CT-BQP dated July 15, 2011... The workshop has seriously and fully implemented the contents and technical standards. The work of ensuring warehouse safety, fire and explosion prevention, periodic inspection, and maintaining discipline in the technical area has been closely implemented, contributing to the effective implementation of the 50 Campaign associated with building a discipline and technical discipline in the whole industry.

Along with that, technical training and occupational safety and hygiene are carried out scientifically and strictly. The workshop has organized tests and assessments of the technical skills of the technical staff, fully prepared the technological space, organized industrial hygiene, and ensured a safe and clean working environment. The movement to promote initiatives and technical improvements has been promoted and spread widely, contributing to improving work efficiency.

In the condition that the machinery and equipment have been used for a long time and have degraded, the materials are scarce, the number of bullets received for repair is diverse, many batches of types... The workshop has proactively overcome difficulties and promoted internal resources. Many technical innovations have been researched and effectively applied in practice such as propellant shaking equipment, HK-500 heating automation equipment, artillery shell head mounting set on rust removal machine, propellant tube cutting equipment, primer dose placement tool into artillery shells, metal part deburring machine, steel strapping support equipment for ammunition boxes and CX57-STVĐ bullet line marker dose cluster... These innovations have contributed to increasing productivity, reducing manual labor and improving product quality.

To perform professional tasks well, Workshop X265 always focuses on effectively implementing the Emulation Movement to Win. The emulation contents and targets are specified according to the functions and tasks of each agency and workshop. The preliminary and final emulation work is organized in a disciplined manner, which is an important basis for evaluating the results of task implementation, promptly rewarding and praising outstanding collectives and individuals. Emulation has truly become a driving force for each officer, employee and soldier in the entire Workshop to strive to excellently complete the annual work targets and plans, especially the targets of repairing bullets, shells, and producing boxes to ensure quality, safety and on schedule.

Colonel Nguyen Thanh Bo, Director of the Workshop, emphasized: “We clearly identify that every policy is only truly meaningful when it is materialized by practical actions and feasible solutions. In the process of building a comprehensively strong unit according to the motto "exemplary, typical", the Workshop always attaches each policy to a system of synchronous and flexible solutions, not only on paper but also in each step of organizing and implementing technical and professional tasks.

We focus on directing from the operation of the Workshop Board of Directors to the management and organization of production in workshops and teams. The arrangement of technological lines and the arrangement of premises are scientifically and reasonably reviewed, ensuring continuous operation without overlap. Inspection and acceptance work after repair is tightened to ensure output quality. Thanks to this approach, the Workshop has successfully completed the task of repairing, restoring ammunition, and packing all kinds of boxes, both in quantity and quality, contributing practically to the task of ensuring technical safety for the entire force."

Over the past 35 years, the Workshop has been awarded the Third Class Fatherland Protection Medal by the Party and State; the Emulation Flag and Certificate of Merit by the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Interior ; the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, the Department of Armaments have been awarded many emulation flags, the titles of Determined to Win Unit, Typical Cultural Unit, and Comprehensively Strong Unit "Exemplary, Typical". In addition, the unit has also been awarded certificates of merit by the Department of Labor Safety, Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; local Party Committees, authorities and clusters have commended many collectives and individuals. For many consecutive years, the Workshop's Party Committee has achieved exemplary clean and strong status; mass organizations have achieved excellent strength; hundreds of individuals have been awarded emulation titles and commendations at all levels.

Promoting the achieved results, Workshop X265 continues to affirm its role as a typical technical unit of the Military Ordnance Department, successfully performing all assigned tasks, contributing to building the Military Ordnance industry in particular and the Vietnam People's Army in general to become increasingly strong, standardized and modern.
