The Department also requires schools to coordinate with the parents' association to work with transport businesses, requiring full implementation of traffic safety regulations for vehicles and drivers. The transportation contract between the educational institution and the transportation business unit must clearly state the requirements and responsibilities of the relevant organizations and individuals regarding traffic safety and protecting the health of students while on the vehicle and when getting on and off the vehicle. On the vehicle, there must be someone responsible for managing and checking the list of students, maintaining order and hygiene, and instructing and reminding students to follow the regulations and safety skills while on the vehicle and when getting on and off the vehicle.
