In the first 9 months of 2024, Viet Tri city organized 799 patrol car shifts, propagandized and reminded 1,955 cases, confiscated 625 objects of all kinds; organized the signing of commitments for 1,726 fixed businesses not to encroach on sidewalks and roads on main roads and streets; resolutely cleared illegal sales cases in Van Lang park area in Tien Cat, Gia Cam, Tan Dan, and Trung Vuong wards.

Strengthening the inspection and management of architecture and construction order. In the first 9 months of 2024, 873 individual housing construction permits and 5 construction permits were issued; 964 cases were inspected, 122 violations were detected and recorded, and nearly 1.3 billion VND in administrative fines were imposed.

Strengthen propaganda and dissemination of the content of the Urban Management Regulations (amended) to all classes of people to improve the effectiveness of urban management. Continue to complete the Regulations on management of Van Lang Park and the Regulations on management of cemeteries in the area, soliciting opinions from relevant units. Organize the selection of a consulting unit to develop the Regulations on architectural management. Develop a pilot project to exploit public assets, strengthen management and maintain the landscape in the area of ​​Hung Vuong Square and the city's general service center.
