10 wood workshops in Hanoi caught fire

(Dan Tri) - Dan Phuong District authorities are investigating the fire at a wood workshop in Lien Ha Commune (Dan Phuong District). The fire burned down about 10 workshops.

On the evening of December 29, speaking with Dan Tri reporter, the leader of the People's Committee of Dan Phuong district ( Hanoi city) said that at 6:30 p.m. the same day, a fire broke out at a wood workshop in the craft village of Lien Ha commune.

According to the leader, about 10 wood workshops were burned down, with a total area of ​​about 500 square meters. Fortunately, the fire did not cause any human casualties, but the property damage was likely to be very large because this was a wood workshop area owned by the villagers.

"After receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Dan Phuong District Police coordinated with other units to go to the scene to put out the fire and search and rescue. We are still actively fighting the fire and preventing it from spreading," informed the leader of Dan Phuong District People's Committee.
