112 officers in category 3 completed the national defense and security knowledge training program.

On August 27, at the hall of Regiment 244, the Quang Ninh Provincial Defense and Security Education Council held a closing ceremony for the national defense and security knowledge training course for 112 cadres of group 3, course 4, 2024. Colonel Nguyen Dinh Khiem, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, attended and awarded certificates to the trainees.

Within 12 days, the students completed the required content and program (including 20 main topics and some supplementary content).

Essay writing results: 100% of students achieved good and excellent results (including 42 comrades with excellent results). At the closing ceremony, the Provincial Council for National Defense and Security Education awarded certificates of completion of the national defense and security knowledge training program to 112 students.

The course has helped students grasp the Party's guidelines and viewpoints on national defense and security in the new period; correctly identify targets and partners in all conditions and circumstances; apply them well in practice, promote their roles and responsibilities in advising local Party committees, authorities, agencies, units, leaders, and direct the good implementation of national defense and security tasks associated with socio -economic development, and build strong units and localities.
