Sometimes customers only know the owner of the goods and vice versa through facetime phone calls, but the transactions are still successful, rarely encountering problems, we can still sell the products, and buyers are still assured of the quantity and quality of the goods.

Realizing that e-commerce is a way to solve the "bottleneck" for the unit, Mr. Ninh Van Trang, Director of the Company boldly learned the skills of introducing products and selling products online. Mr. Ninh Van Trang said: I am a local, I have never been far from the village before, my education level is not high, I have never had access to technology, computers, the internet, but due to the requirements of the job, also for the survival and existence of the unit, I am determined to learn how to sell on electronic websites. Later on, the more I did it, the more I realized how convenient e-commerce is, the fastest channel to sell, promote products and bring products far and wide.

Together with Dong Tien Livestock and Service Cooperative, Dap Thanh Forestry Trading Joint Stock Company, currently 100% of OCOP entities in Quang Ninh have participated in modern sales channels (supermarket systems, convenience stores, e-commerce trading floors...). The whole province has 393 standard OCOP products (from 3-5 stars) posted on e-commerce platforms, in which many products are consumed well such as Ba Che golden flower tea, Binh Lieu dong vermicelli, Van Don oyster floss...

Currently, departments, branches, sectors and localities are continuing to strengthen the organization of many training programs, training, guiding organizations and individuals to apply e-commerce to develop business activities. Units also mobilize establishments, enterprises, organizations and individuals to participate in the e-commerce trading floor of Quang Ninh province, supporting businesses to apply digital technology (barcode technology, QR code, electronic stamps...) to trace the origin of products.

The province has issued 236 management accounts, 181 operating accounts; QR codes for 1,276 agricultural products; printed and distributed 323,073 QR code stamps of all kinds to trace the origin of agricultural, forestry and aquatic products, and at the same time connected and directly supported businesses selling on major e-commerce channels, such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo, Voso... Particularly, the e-commerce platform ocop.com.vn Quang Ninh is introducing 390/390 OCOP products of 235 businesses.

Localities are also building and establishing zalo groups or social networks to connect, link and create forums to directly exchange and share knowledge and experience in production and business, and improve capacity for OCOP products. The commune-level digital technology team also strengthens guidance for households producing and trading OCOP products to film, take photos, and affix traceability stamps to products to put on e-commerce platforms...
