122 awards were presented at the 2025 National Press Festival

On the afternoon of June 21, after 3 exciting days, the 2025 National Press Festival with the theme "Vietnamese Press - Loyal, creative, courageous, innovative for the cause of building and defending the Fatherland" closed, concluding a successful, impressive and meaningful press festival.

The event was organized by the Vietnam Journalists Association , under the direction of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Taking place on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025), this year's press conference is an opportunity to honor the contributions of the press to the revolutionary cause, while clearly demonstrating the strong transformation of the country's press. The press conference attracted nearly 130 booths from more than 80 central and local press agencies, with many unique and modern press products, reflecting the comprehensive renewal of the Vietnamese press.

The open atmosphere of exchange between journalists and the public, the elaborate investment in the form and content of the exhibition booths contributed to creating a warm, friendly, highly interactive "festival". Through that, people understood more about journalism and the silent efforts of journalists on all information fronts.

The highlight of this year's press conference is the clear presence of the digital transformation trend. Many press agencies introduced multimedia products, applications of artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), demonstrating their determination to keep up with the new technological era. In addition, thematic forums such as AI in journalism, digital journalism human resources, journalism economics , etc. attracted great attention, showing that these are timely and practical topics in the transformation process of Vietnamese journalism.

At the closing ceremony, the organizing committee awarded a total of 122 awards for 3 main categories: Impressive Exhibition Booth Award ; Impressive Event and Activity Award ; Impressive Press Product Award . The 2025 National Press Festival has ended, but the echoes of a professional, creative and inspiring press festival will certainly continue to spread in the hearts of the public and the press nationwide.
