This morning, September 27, the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee organized a professional training course for 240 staff members on Party building and organization work from the provincial to grassroots levels. In his opening speech, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Phan Van Phung emphasized: To improve the quality of staff advising on Party building and organization work to meet the requirements of the task, every year the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee opens a training course on Party building and organization work to equip and update basic knowledge and provide new documents on this work for staff under the management of the Standing Committee of the district-level Party Committee and equivalent.

In particular, this year the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee continues to invite leaders of departments in the Central Organizing Committee to directly teach. These are lecturers with in-depth knowledge, a lot of experience, and a wealth of practical experience in Party building and organization work. This is a good opportunity to help students supplement their knowledge and grasp new points to implement work in localities, agencies, and units.

This training topic has many new contents, so lecturers are requested to choose the most important and practical contents to convey, supplement methodology and how to apply theory to practical work for students.

The class organizers manage and operate the class according to the plan and regulations, ensuring seriousness so that the training class achieves the best results. Trainees promote a sense of responsibility to fully participate in the training class.

During the 1-day period, the trainees received a report on the topic "Some issues on internal political protection work of the Party" from Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Political Protection, Central Organization Committee Do Duc Trung; Former Director of the Department of Party Base, Party Members, Central Organization Committee Nguyen Duc Ha reported on the topic "Theoretical and practical issues on the work of building and rectifying the Party and the current political system; preparation work for party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress"; trainees exchanged, discussed and had the lecturers answer unclear issues and difficulties in the process of implementing the work of organizing and building the Party.
