366 delegates attended the 16th Congress of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030

On the afternoon of September 25, at the Provincial Convention Center, the 16th Congress of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, held a preparatory session. Attending the preparatory session of the Congress were Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and representatives of the Central Party Committees.

The 16th Congress of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, gathered 366 outstanding delegates, representing the intelligence and will of more than 104,000 party members in the entire provincial Party Committee.

The 16th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress has directional and spreading significance; demonstrating urgent, serious and highly responsible preparation in the spirit of Directive No. 45-CT/TW of the Politburo .

At the preparatory session, the Congress discussed and voted with 100% of delegates unanimously electing the Congress Executive Presidium consisting of 11 comrades; the Secretariat consisting of 3 comrades; and the Delegate Qualification Examination Committee consisting of 5 comrades.

Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Vu Dai Thang; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Trinh Thi Minh Thanh; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Van Khang; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vu Quyet Tien and 7 comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Term XV participated in the Presidium of the Congress.

The Congress also unanimously approved the Program and Working Regulations; disseminated the Congress's regulations; thoroughly grasped a number of contents on the Party's election regulations; discussed in groups to contribute opinions to the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party and the draft documents to be submitted to the 16th Provincial Party Congress...

The Congress unanimously elected the Presidium to run the Congress and the Secretariat.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Creativity - Development", the Congress will focus its intelligence and fully implement four important contents: Summarizing and objectively and comprehensively assessing the achievements and limitations of the 2020 - 2025 term; determining directions, goals, tasks and breakthrough solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term; electing the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 16th term - a collective of leaders with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige to shoulder the responsibility; electing a Delegation representing the will and intelligence of the Provincial Party Committee to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Taking place in a special context, when the whole country is entering a new era of development and Quang Ninh is reaping comprehensive and outstanding achievements in the 5-year term 2020 - 2025, the Congress is identified by the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee as an important milestone on the path of sustainable development of the province.

Looking back at the recent term of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, Quang Ninh has completed and exceeded many important targets, gradually realizing the goal of "rising to become one of the leading provinces in the innovation and creativity of the Northern Delta, a growth pole of the Northern region". The image of a rich, civilized and modern Quang Ninh is increasingly taking shape, making an important contribution to the overall achievements of the country after 40 years of innovation.
