According to comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan, member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the City Labor Federation, in the context of the country and the city carrying out a reform revolution, streamlining the apparatus, requiring union officials to promptly grasp new regulations, apply them flexibly and creatively in the new context.
