After 12 months of study, 73 trainees who are leaders and managers of the Provincial Police and units were equipped with knowledge of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought; Party history and guidelines and policies of the Party and State of Vietnam; Party building and the political system; State administrative management and leadership and management skills; practices and experience in building and developing localities or sectors; supplementary knowledge....
As a result, 73/73 students were certified and awarded graduation certificates, of which 7 students were awarded certificates of merit for their excellent achievements in studying and training during the course.
