In 9 months, Khanh Hoa's public investment disbursement reached 44.56%.

By the end of September 2025, Khanh Hoa province had disbursed about VND 7,158 billion in public investment capital, reaching 44.56% of the allocated capital. If excluding the additional capital for the Ninh Thuan Nuclear Power Plant Migration and Resettlement Project, the disbursement rate reached 55.8%, equivalent to more than VND 8,963 billion.

In general, the progress of disbursement of public investment capital is still slow, mainly due to problems and difficulties in handing over project construction sites, arranging resettlement and completing investment procedures. To solve these problems, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has established a Steering Committee to handle problems in site clearance (Decision 319/QD-UBND dated July 16, 2025) and a Working Group to monitor, direct and promptly resolve difficulties (Decision 289/QD-UBND dated July 10, 2025). The Provincial People's Committee requires specialized agencies and localities to assign leaders to directly take charge of and urge the progress of each project, considering this as a criterion for assessing the level of task completion.

Identifying public investment disbursement as an important driving force, promoting GRDP growth and infrastructure completion, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee aims to disburse at least 95% of the capital plan in 2025, aiming to complete 100% according to the Government's direction. Accordingly, in the fourth quarter of 2025, the province will focus on prioritizing capital for key projects with high disbursement potential, while at the same time, removing obstacles in terms of land and procedures, in order to create momentum for economic growth at the end of the year and the period of 2026 - 2030.
