90 outstanding female union members reported their achievements to Uncle Ho

On October 15, a delegation of outstanding female union members attended the ceremony to report their achievements to Uncle Ho at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Attending the ceremony were Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) and 90 outstanding female union members. At the ceremony, the delegates listened to Uncle Ho's call for patriotic emulation.

On behalf of the delegation, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tu Anh - a member of the Trade Union, direct Production Manager of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company, said that during his lifetime, Uncle Ho always paid special attention to women, including female union members and the Trade Union organization. His ideology is the guiding principle for all activities, in each stage of growth and development of the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union organization. Uncle Ho believes that women are half of society: "The beautiful landscape of Vietnam is woven and embroidered by our women, young and old, to make it more beautiful and brilliant". Following Uncle Ho's example, female union members always strive to study, practice, work enthusiastically, and actively participate in patriotic emulation movements launched by the Trade Union organization. From the practical movements, many exemplary female union members have emerged, who are dynamic, creative, responsible, "good at national affairs, good at housework", dedicated to work, and kind in life.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Tu Anh, 90 outstanding female union members attending the ceremony to report their achievements to Uncle Ho are living proof of their achievements in studying and following his ideology, morality and style. "This is a great honor and pride, and at the same time an opportunity for each of us to reflect on ourselves, vowing to continue following Uncle Ho's example, constantly striving in work, study and dedication. This is also an opportunity to affirm the role of the Vietnam Trade Union in accompanying union members and workers, to promote gender equality, care for the material and spiritual life of workers, build happy families, for the sustainable development of businesses and the country", said the female union member.

It is known that the 90 outstanding female union members attending today are people with many innovations and outstanding maturity in labor, production, and professional work; have many effective solutions and methods in labor, production, and union organization at the grassroots level; many have made great contributions to the unit and enterprise. Not only are they good at work, but they also do not forget their responsibilities as wives, mothers, and children in the family; always arrange work reasonably and spend time connecting and loving each other, cultivating family happiness, raising good children, studying well, contributing to building a warm home full of love - just as Uncle Ho once advised: "If the family is good, the society will be good, if the society is good, the country will develop and prosper".

Tonight, October 15, in Hanoi , the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will hold the first "Dynamic, Creative, Responsible Female Union Members" Award Ceremony in 2025 and summarize and reward the emulation movement "Good at public work, good at housework" for the period 2020-2025.
