Meanwhile, canola oil contains a lot of unsaturated fats which are very good for health, especially for obese people. These fats help reduce fat accumulation in places that can be harmful to health.
In the study, Professor Kris-Etherton and colleagues divided volunteers and gave them five different types of vegetable oils. The vegetable oils used in the study were mainly made from flaxseed, corn, canola and some other plants.

The results showed that people who used canola oil for 1 month, combined with a reasonable diet, lost 0.11 kg of belly fat. The research team also found that the lost fat did not accumulate anywhere else in the body.
“Normally, it is very difficult for a person to use food to melt fat in a particular body area. However, unsaturated fatty acids seem to attack belly fat,” revealed Professor Kris-Etherton.
Experts recommend using vegetable oil made from rapeseed with everyday foods such as frying, baking, mixing vegetables or mixing into smoothies.
