On the afternoon of January 3, because he craved alcohol, Sang went to the kitchen area of ​​the rehabilitation facility to get a bottle of alcohol about 200ml, mixed it with water and drank it. When it was time for dinner, Sang saw Mr. L. looking at him, so Sang went into the bedroom. However, Sang could not sleep and thought that Mr. L. would harm him, so he went down to the kitchen area, took a knife and stabbed Mr. L. in the chest, causing the victim to die shortly after.
