NDO - On the morning of January 19 (ie December 20, the year of the Dragon), President Luong Cuong and his wife, along with a delegation of overseas Vietnamese, returned to celebrate the Spring Festival in their homeland, offering incense at Kinh Thien Palace in the Thang Long Imperial Citadel Relic Site ( Hanoi ) and performing the ritual of releasing carp to send off Ong Cong and Ong Tao on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2025 at Uncle Ho's Fish Pond in the Presidential Palace Relic Site.
