NDO - The annual celebration of International Francophonie Day has become a festival for French speakers and French lovers in Vietnam.

On the evening of March 20, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs coordinated with the International Organization of the Francophonie (OIF) to organize the International Francophonie Day (March 20). The annual International Francophonie Day celebration has become a festival for French speakers and French lovers in Vietnam.

Attending the ceremony, on the Vietnamese side were comrades: Nguyen Thuy Anh, member of the Party Central Committee, Chairwoman of the Social Committee of the National Assembly, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Subcommittee in the Francophone Parliamentary Union; Do Hung Viet, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; Nguyen Phuong Nga, former President of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations , along with former leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, representatives of leaders of departments, ministries, branches and localities.

On the international side, there were: Mr. Edgar Doerig, representative of the Asia- Pacific region of OIF; Mr. Pierre du Ville, Head of the Wallonie-Bruxelles Delegation in Vietnam, Chairman of the Group of Francophone Ambassadors in Hanoi (GADIF) along with ambassadors, heads of delegations and representatives of many diplomatic agencies in Hanoi.

Comrade Nguyen Thuy Anh, member of the Party Central Committee, Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Social Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam branch of the Francophone Parliamentary Union, and delegates presented flowers to students of Doan Thi Diem Primary School at the International Francophone Day celebration.
