Speaking at the meeting with voters, voter Chau Thanh Tat shared that after the merger, Thang Truong commune still does not have a guaranteed irrigation system, the production fields are still fragile, small and fragmented. In particular, the African swine fever epidemic is currently breaking out and greatly affecting people's livestock farming. Voters want solutions to stabilize prices, re-plan production areas, and implement the land consolidation policy. In addition, there is financial support for farmers to restore their herds.

Voter Nguyen Viet Ha said that according to the adjusted planning for the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone, Thang Truong commune is currently not allowed to divide land plots, but the people's demand is very high. Therefore, he hopes that Da Nang city will review the planning and make adjustments to meet the people's wishes.

Voter Nguyen Cong Nhan said that previously, the People's Council of Quang Nam province (old) issued Resolution 32 on financial support for building storm shelters. However, the support source is still low and ends in 2025. With the characteristics of a coastal commune, people therefore hope to continue to receive support from this resolution.

At the voter contact conference, 16 opinions of voters of Thang Truong commune related to land issues, social security policies, policies for meritorious people, support for mass organizations after the merger... were raised with the National Assembly Delegation of Da Nang city.

Speaking at the meeting with voters, Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City Pham Duc An said that implementing a two-level local government is a policy and a major breakthrough of the Party and State on a management model that is truly close to the people. Therefore, in the coming time, the way of working must change. Local authorities must promptly listen, grasp and handle the existing problems and issues among the people.

“The issues raised at the Voters’ Meeting show that the commune-level authorities must continue to grasp, guide, and handle long-standing cases. Issues beyond their authority need to be quickly coordinated with the city’s departments and branches to resolve. For issues raised by voters, the departments and branches should review and synthesize opinions from many localities to have written explanations for the people and guide the commune-level authorities to resolve them. As for issues beyond their authority, they need to consult and immediately report to the city and central leaders for resolution,” said comrade Pham Duc An.
