[Video] Conclusion of the Politburo and Secretariat on implementing a number of key contents and tasks in the activities of grassroots party organizations in the coming time

On behalf of the Politburo, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu signed and issued Conclusion No. 197-KL/TW dated October 3, 2025 of the Politburo and Secretariat on implementing a number of key contents and tasks in the activities of grassroots party organizations in the coming time.

The conclusion requires Party committees at all levels to thoroughly grasp and implement the Resolution and Action Program of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; strictly implement new regulations on personnel work according to the principle of "in, out", "up, down", linked with specific criteria, products and annual review, evaluation and classification work.

The Government Party Committee is assigned to perfect the grassroots party organization; transfer party organizations in state-owned enterprises to local party committees; strengthen the leadership role in educational institutions; not organize school councils in public institutions (except for schools with international agreements); and implement the Party Committee Secretary as the head.

The Central Party Office presides over the completion of the Party member database and the implementation of the electronic Party member handbook.

Provincial and municipal Party Committees continue to implement Directive 50-CT/TW, arrange appropriate organizations and strengthen inspection and supervision.
