[Photo] Opening ceremony of "Digital Citizenship - Digital School" and commitment to civilized behavior in cyberspace
Understanding that digital transformation is dramatically changing many areas of life, including education, Luong The Vinh Secondary and High School (Thanh Liet Ward, Hanoi) has implemented an activity for students to sign the commitment "Responsible and Kind Digital Citizens" at the Opening Ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year.

Principal of Luong The Vinh Secondary and High School Nguyen Quoc Binh beats the drum to open the school year. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Binh shared that the school has identified the theme of the school year as "Luong The Vinh - creating a digital school" to promote the application of digital technology , digital capacity, and exploit artificial intelligence creatively and effectively. This is the key to improving the quality of teaching, helping students develop comprehensively in knowledge, skills, qualities and the ability to adapt to modern society. The red flag with yellow star was made by students of Luong The Vinh Secondary and High School (Thanh Liet Ward, Hanoi ). Red filled the school yard at the opening ceremony of the new school year.
Entering the new school year, many students expressed excitement and anticipation. The opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year took place in a solemn atmosphere. Students become photographers, attentively capturing beautiful moments. The children are happy on the first day of school.
The red flag with yellow star was held carefully by the children. Fresh flowers from students to teachers on the special opening day of school. In classrooms, students watched the 80th anniversary of the education sector's tradition and the opening of the 2025-2026 school year, broadcast live on VTV. They saluted the flag and sang the national anthem with 26 million students nationwide.
With the commitment to "Responsible and Kind Digital Citizens", teachers and students of Luong The Vinh Middle and High School promise to enter the new year with many changes in teaching methods, learning methods, and connection between students and schools.
