At 3:00 p.m. on September 25, the storm center was at about 11.1 degrees North latitude -128.1 degrees East longitude, in the sea east of the Philippines, with winds of level 12, gusts of level 15. It is expected that on the night of September 26, the storm will enter the East Sea, becoming storm number 10 in 2025.
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the storm is likely to reach level 12 - 13, heading towards the Hoang Sa archipelago. The trajectory will then be dispersed: the storm may go straight into the Da Nang - Hue area or move along the North Central - Northeast coast.
Regardless of its direction, storm No. 10 will cause widespread heavy rain, strong winds, and large waves in the northern and central East Sea from September 27 to 29.
