All the above ships and boats have received information about the developments and movement direction of storm BUALOI.

Faced with the complicated developments of storm BUALOI, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province issued Official Dispatch No. 2880 dated September 25, 2025 requesting departments, branches and localities to proactively respond to the storm. Requesting the People's Committees of coastal communes and wards, Ly Son special zone and the Provincial Border Guard Command to continue to monitor the storm's developments; maintain communication information, notify vehicle owners of the location and direction of the storm to proactively prevent and avoid.
