BIM Land, owner of a series of real estate projects in Ha Long and Phu Quoc, suddenly suffered a big loss.

In a report recently sent to HNX, BIM Real Estate Joint Stock Company (BIM Land) said that in the first half of this year, it had lost more than 341 billion VND.

BIM's profit has been on a downward trend since last year, when the whole year reached VND798 billion, down 54% compared to 2022.

In the period from 2019-2021, BIM Land's profit is approximately 1,000 billion to 2,000 billion VND.

Due to business losses, BIM's equity at the end of June 2024 was only VND 7,042 billion, down more than 5% over the same period last year.

BIM Land's debt to equity ratio is 2.86 times, equivalent to VND 21,140 billion. Of which, outstanding bonds are more than VND 5,420 billion.
