Surreal sunrise on the infinite sea of ​​Hung Yen

Waking up at 3am, Pham Tu drove to Quang Lang beach (Hung Yen province) to catch the sunrise on the endless sea. The vast sea turned into a giant mirror reflecting the sky and clouds.

"Hunting" for the infinite sea from 3am

In mid-July, Pham Tu (31 years old) returned from Hanoi to his hometown in Hung Yen ( Thai Binh province before the merger) to hunt for the sunrise on Quang Lang infinity beach. He woke up at 3am, rode his motorbike for about 40 minutes to the parking lot, and continued walking for more than 30 minutes to reach the sea. When the sunlight just appeared and shone directly on the water, the entire sea surface seemed to turn into a giant mirror reflecting the sky and clouds. This was the second time Tu returned to the infinity beach and both times he was lucky enough to witness the full sunrise. He said that the feeling at that time was a mixture of excitement, nervousness and "silence" before the magical beauty of nature. The male tourist was most impressed with the moment a girl bent down to catch clams, just as the sunlight shone directly on the flashlight on her back, a detail that created depth and emotion for the photo.

Pristine beauty

The infinity beach in Hung Yen has 2 locations, of which Quang Lang beach is still very pristine, without many tourists or accompanying services. Tu believes that is what creates the unique appeal of this place. Both times he came to the infinity beach, he realized that this place was not too crowded with tourists, the potential for tourism development is still very large. However, he hopes that if exploited, this place will still retain its inherent rustic features. To be able to "hunt" for sunrise on Quang Lang beach, he advises visitors to plan carefully, time to arrive at the beach before 5am, monitor weather, tide and wind factors. The sun is shining, the water level is not too high, the calmer the wind, the flatter the sea surface and the clearer the infinity effect.
