On June 19, the Provincial Military Command organized the 2023 "Skilled Civil Affairs" Contest, Cluster 3, with 10 teams from units under the Provincial Military Command and Military Commands of districts and cities including: Thanh Hoa City, Sam Son City, Military Commands of Nghi Son Town, Dong Son, Quang Xuong, Nong Cong, Regiment 762, Staff Department, Technical Department and Logistics Department. Attending and directing the contest was Colonel Nguyen Huu Thuat, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, Head of the Contest Organizing Committee; also attending were leaders and commanders of agencies and units participating in the contest.

The teams participating in the contest went through 3 rounds: brief introduction of the agency, unit, and locality; knowledge and situation handling; introduction and propaganda of effective models and activities. The rounds demonstrated the teams' knowledge and understanding of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, the Party's viewpoints and guidelines, the State's policies and laws on mass mobilization work; the functions, roles and responsibilities of the District and Town Military Commands and each officer and soldier in conducting mass mobilization work in the stationed area. Knowledge and situation handling competition of the teams

In the competition, the teams introduced an overview of the situation of the agency, unit, stationed area, and team members; proactively researched and synthesized documents, focused on reviewing and grasping knowledge, the teams knew how to link theory with practice, the content was concise, concise, in accordance with the procedures, principles, and viewpoints of the Party and the State's laws. The units invested, prepared carefully, and staged quite professionally, demonstrating unique artistry, bearing the mark and characteristics of each unit and locality.

Through the contest, the aim is to disseminate and propagate mass mobilization activities; practice skills, exchange experiences, good, creative and effective ways of doing things in implementing the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization", building "Good mass mobilization units"; raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees, commanders at all levels and officers and soldiers in the provincial armed forces.
