The National Power System and Electricity Market Operation Company mobilizes reasonable power sources for the national power system to operate safely and continuously, ensuring adequate power supply for economic development and people's daily needs with reserves.

Closely coordinate with units managing and operating hydroelectric reservoirs to update actual hydrological situations, flood situations and requirements of competent authorities, ensuring power generation efficiency; plan to regulate hydroelectric reservoirs to ensure compliance with inter-reservoir and single-reservoir operating procedures.

Regularly check the emergency response system, self-contained power source, SCADA system and communication to be ready to operate the power system and electricity market in all natural disaster situations.
