An Giang Provincial Border Guard awarded decisions on personnel work

On the morning of August 22, the Party Committee of the Border Guard Command of An Giang province held a conference to announce and hand over decisions on personnel work. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Tien, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Border Guard Command chaired the conference.

At the conference, the Provincial Border Guard Command announced and awarded retirement decisions to 2 comrades; promoted 1 comrade to the rank of colonel; promoted 2 comrades to the rank of lieutenant colonel; awarded 1 comrade to the rank of lieutenant colonel, 1 comrade to the rank of lieutenant colonel; and awarded 7 comrades to work at the provincial Border Guard.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Tien, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Border Guard Command, emphasized: "For retired comrades, today is a milestone that recognizes your glorious journey and many contributions to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. When returning to civilian life, you continue to promote the qualities of a soldier, participate in local development, and always be a spiritual support and a shining example for your children and grandchildren to follow."

For the comrades who have been promoted, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Tien hopes that they will continue to cultivate, train, maintain moral qualities, promote their abilities, and excellently complete their tasks in the coming time. For the comrades who have received the decision to transfer their jobs, in their new positions and new environments, they will continue to promote the tradition of the border guard force, quickly grasp the work, and successfully complete the assigned duties and tasks.
