Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed a decision to reappoint Mr. Do Xuan Tuyen to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Health .
The decision takes effect from December 9.

Deputy Minister of Health Do Xuan Tuyen was born in 1966 and graduated from the Military Medical Academy.
Mr. Do Xuan Tuyen has worked in Hung Yen province for a long time and has held the following positions: Director of the City Medical Center, Chairman of the City People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
In December 2019, Mr. Do Xuan Tuyen was appointed by the Prime Minister to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Health.
