According to information from Vietnam Airlines , on flight VN62 on September 11 departing from Moscow (Russia) to Hanoi, a 55-year-old male passenger of Russian nationality had health problems about 2 hours after takeoff.
As soon as the flight attendants discovered that the passenger was showing signs of dizziness and fatigue, they quickly implemented emergency response procedures, performed first aid such as assisting in moving the passenger to a separate area, instructing them to lie down in a suitable position, and simultaneously broadcast to seek medical assistance from other passengers.
Notably, the flight had the presence of 4 doctors from the high-ranking working delegation of the Russian Ministry of Health to Vietnam. Upon receiving the request for assistance, the doctors quickly approached to examine, consult and provide timely medical intervention measures for the passengers. Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko also directly participated in the emergency treatment of the passengers.
After receiving initial medical care, the passenger was transferred to the premium economy cabin to rest. When the plane landed at Noi Bai International Airport, the passenger's health was stable.

Previously, in a post on social media account X on September 14, Russian news agency RT reported that Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko had given first aid to a passenger on the plane. The post also included a video posted by the Shot channel recording the incident.
India's Economic Times also reported that Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko had given first aid to a passenger with high blood pressure, which could lead to a heart attack, on a flight from Moscow to Hanoi.
According to Economic Times, Mr. Murashko was on the flight, reassuring the passenger in distress and helping to stabilize his condition until the plane landed.
At that time, among those on the plane was Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko. He was on an official visit to Vietnam. Mr. Murashko responded immediately and treated this passenger.
